We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our busy and supportive team here at Towers + Gornall.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Garstang office - ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person for a range of admin tasks, supporting the wider team and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments and meetings.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- Document Management: Prepare, organise, and maintain documents.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in various systems.
- Other Tasks: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and experience:

Strong Organisational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service.
