Two North West business leaders have joined forces to launch ELEVATE, a new event designed to bring women in business together through conversation, shared experiences and purposeful connection.
Founded by Directors Liz Cliffe of accountancy and business advisory firm Towers & Gornall and Lisa Lodge of regional law firm Vincents Solicitors, ELEVATE brings together two well-established professionals with a shared passion for supporting people and building relationships.
Together, they have created a new event designed to bring together professional women from across Lancashire and the North West through conversation, shared experiences and real stories.
Both founders have built their careers around people-first professional services, with a strong focus on trust, relationships and community, values which sit at the heart of ELEVATE

Lisa Lodge and Liz Cliffe, Co-Founders of ELEVATE
Launching on 25th June at The Wild Fox Distillery, Preston, ELEVATE will offer guests an evening of storytelling, conversation and connection in a welcoming, relaxed setting. The idea for ELEVATE grew from a shared belief that many women are looking for deeper connection, inspiration and community within business spaces, alongside opportunities to hear genuine journeys from those navigating leadership, growth, challenge and success. Drawing on their own professional experiences and networks, Liz and Lisa have collaborated to create an event focussed on creating an environment where guests feel welcomed, inspired and uplifted.
The launch event will feature the story of multi award-winning distiller Lizzie Billington of the Wild Fox Distillery. Lizzie handcrafts premium small-batch spirits on her family farm using homegrown botanicals and natural spring water. Working closely with nature and championing sustainable British farming, her journey offers guests an inspiring insight into entrepreneurship, resilience and building a values-led business.
Speaking about the launch, the founders said:
“ELEVATE was created from a genuine desire to bring women together in a different way. We wanted to create a space that feels supportive and inspiring, where real stories can be shared openly and meaningful connections can naturally happen.”
The founders hope ELEVATE will become an ongoing platform for connection, encouragement and shared experiences for professional women.
Tickets for the launch event are limited, with a proportion of proceeds being donated to charity as part of the event’s wider purpose-led ethos.
Guests will enjoy an evening of conversation, connection and storytelling, surrounded by like-minded women from across the North West.
